2017 Ettenheim Kaiserberg Grauburgunder trocken "Premium", Baden, Germany

Slightly muted nose, nutty and vegetal notes, dried herbs, smoky traces, pomaceous fruit, hint of bacon, delicate floral traces, hint of peanuts. Slightly creamy fruit on the palate, light oak, very elegant acidity, hint of mushrooms and some pistachioes, fairly persistent, integrated tannins, still slightly astringent, earthy and salty notes, hint of red berries on a good finish.
