Cool, somewhat herbal-vegetable nose with fine, light yellow fruity notes. Clear, polished, finely juicy, sweet fruit, herbal notes and floral hints, nutty, yeasty notes, minerality in the background, a hint of dark fruit, good persistence, very harmonious, very good, polished, finely juicy, somewhat herbal finish with lots of tart, somewhat dark mineral spice. First-class Kabinett.
