Cool, clear, light citrus-peach nose with almost slightly bacony nuances. Slender, finely juicy, bright, sweet fruit, vegetal and somewhat yeasty notes, a hint of egg white, certain persistence, relatively fine acidity and delicate grip, a hint of dark berries in the background, some minerality, good to very good finish.
