Still noticeably reductive, somewhat yeasty and smoky nose with light yellow fruity aromas, vegetal to herbaceous notes and some minerality. Sweet, apple fruit with present acidity, some grip and vegetal and yeasty tones, good persistence, smoky-reductive nuances, clear minerality in the background, quite firm structure, still completely undeveloped, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
