Cool, very slightly cheesy-reductive, nutty, vegetal to herbal and hints of bacon citrus scent with a hint of stone fruit, chanterelles and dark berries. Polished, firm, sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of vineyard peach, has some grip, good persistence, some depth, mint and lime in the background, light minerality, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2040+. What our ratings mean
