2021 Kanzem Altenberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Firm, deep and reductive, yeasty and Mediterranean-herbal fragrance with quite fine yellow-fruity aromas, floral traces, bamboo shoots, a touch of nut butter and implied yellow spice. Ripe, juicy and quite dense, not completely dry fruit, plums and reneklodes, nutty yeasty aromas and a touch of nut butter, very fine acidity, grip of friable, ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, some depth, quite distinct mineral spice, almondy tones, good depth, still young, very good, firm, moderately sweet finish, again with grip.
