Clearly herbal and also floral citrus stone fruit nose with candy notes and mineral tones. Relatively dry, taut fruit with still slightly yeasty spice, nutty tones, herbs and dried flowers, lasting, certain depth, clear, tart minerality, has grip, again a little candy in the background, very good, taut, again juicy, grippy and mineral finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, hefiger Duft nach Steinobst, etwas kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und auch ein wenig schwarzen Beeren mit kräuterig-vegetabilen Nuancen und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, saftige, eher ruhige Frucht, feine vegetabile und kräuterige Aromen, etwas Hefe, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr feine Säure und moderater, reifer Gerbstoff, hat Griff, etwas Tiefe und süßlicher Schmelz, herbe, erdige Mineralik, sehr guter, saftiger und griffiger Abgang.
