Translate to English Hefiger, merklich böckseriger und vegetabiler Duft nach teils angetrocknetem Steinobst und kandiertem Apfel mit Kräuternoten und Mineralik im Hintergrund. Süße Frucht mit kräuteriger Würze, recht deutlicher Mineralik und wieder hefigen Tönen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, ganz leicht gedeckt und gerbstoffig, hat aber durchaus Biss und Griff, guter, wenn auch leicht nachtrocknender Abgang.
