Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and delicately floral nose with light yellow fruity aromas, a hint of young root vegetables and a hint of pepper. Bright, delicately sweetish fruit with a hint of tobacco and green nuts, lively yet fine acidity, light tannic grip, certain persistence, nutmeg and meadow flowers in the background, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish with bite.
