Firm, somewhat nutty aroma with pome fruit notes, vegetal flavours and a hint of butter, a little herbs, fresh mushrooms and moderate barrel tones. Ripe, yet cool, juicy, fresh, tart fruit, lively, very fine acidity, some grip, vegetal and still hinted yeasty flavours, persistent, chalky-salty in the background, herbal nuances, firm structure, yet elegant and polished, clear, salty and chalky minerality, has energy, very good, firm finish.
