Clear, finely vegetal pomaceous fruit nose with citrus nuances, floral hints, some root vegetables, hints of pepper, nuts and mineral traces. Firm, tart, finely juicy fruit with vegetal, nutty and again peppery spice, slightly floral on the palate, traces of juniper, salt in the background, hints of smoky, spicy tones, persistent, fine grip, very good, tart finish. Animating.
