2021 Wipfeld Zehntgraf Silvaner trocken "Reider", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fine-vegetable and still delicately yeasty nose with pome fruit notes, a little herbs and nutty traces. Not completely dry fruit with yeasty, nutty and dried planty notes, some yellow spice, fine acidity, very slightly tannic-covered on the palate, salt in the background, herbaceous-etheric traces, good to very good, delicately sweet finish with bite, noticeable tannin and very slight bitterness.
