Nutty and delicately herbal, also a hint of floral aromas with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of mushrooms, hints of butter, moderate hints of wood and a touch of bacon. Tart, juicy fruit with fine smoky, nutty and yeasty notes, herbal-vegetable aromas on the palate, a hint of citrus zest, has freshness and a certain tension, clearly salty-mineral tones, very good, taut, fine-juicy, rather cool finish with bite and fine grip.
