Firm, fairly tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent peppery notes, light yellow fruit, nutty traces, mineral notes. Firm, polished, fairly cool and juicy fruit on the palate, some black berries and a touch of juniper, elegant acidity, peppery spice, persistent, good depth, still young, very full-bodied, slightly sweetish and creamy, salty mineral notes in the background, hint of tobacco and floral traces, quite complex, very good finish.

Editor note: Fairly firm, tranquil nose, light vegetal notes, yellow fruit, very light nutty and fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, very slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, light tannic grip, prominent salty mineral notes, persistent, quite full-bodied, some depth, still young, light acid bite, very good sweetish, creamy, but also minerally and grippy finish.
