Firm nose, mineral notes, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, very light nutty traces, restrained yellow fruit, primarily pomaceous fruit, delicate yeasty and earthy notes, hint of tobacco. Ripe, creamy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, moderate acidity, ripe integrated tannins, earthy and mineral notes, hint of tobacco, persistent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of bacon in the background, becomes more firm and complex with aeration, very good warm, sweetish, creamy finish.
