Translate to English Fester, etwas getrocknet-kräuteriger und erdig-mineralischer Duft nach Wurzelgemüse mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einem Hauch Pfeffer. Reife, recht saftige Frucht im Mund, pflanzliche bis kräuterige und auch pfeffrige Würze, lebendige Säure und ein Hauch Kohlensäure, etwas Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Wärme, hat Biss, im Hintergrund salzige Noten, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
