2006 Wagram Ried Diebstein trocken Premium, Barrique N°5, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Fairly tranquil nose, mature berries, undergrowth with herbaceous notes and a hint of truffles. Mature berry and plum fruit on the palate, again some undergrowth and mushroomy notes, delicate spice, well integrated oak, integrated, fine grained tannins, has some substance, notes of overripe berries and carob on an attractive to good finish.
