Translate to English Ganz leicht entwickelter, etwas warmer, eine Spur phenolischer Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und ein wenig vegetabilen Noten sowie angedeutet Speck und gelber Würze. Warme, ruhige, herbe gelbe Frucht, relativ moderate Säure, buttrige und vegetabile Noten, ein Hauch Pfeffer im Hintergrund, relativ weich in den Konturen, spürbarer Alkohol, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang. Könnte etwas frischer und präziser sein.
