2022 trocken Rosé, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat tart, vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and a hint of smoky aroma with stone fruit notes and a hint of mixed berries. Clear, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit with nuances reminiscent of cassis and mint, fine acidity, delicate tannic grip, blanched almonds and paprika in the background, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, good, again juicy finish.
