Somewhat nutty and delicately smoky to bacony, fine citrus scent with herbal-vegetable nuances and hints of tobacco and peach. Quite dry, finely juicy, nutty fruit, smoky and delicately buttery tones, fine acidity, crumbly tannin, good persistence, some warmth, chalky-salty notes, good to very good, tart finish.
