Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and light nutty aroma of pomaceous and stone fruit with a hint of bacon and young root vegetables. Clear, juicy, slightly sweetish citrus fruit with a hint of mint and almonds, lively yet fine acidity, noticeable tannic grip, a certain persistence, hints of barrel wood, salty tones, good to very good, albeit slightly drying finish.
