Somewhat smoky and nutty, slightly reminiscent of pine nuts on the nose, pomaceous fruit with a hint of bacon and root vegetables. Quiet fruit with vegetal and delicately mushroomy tones, light barrel notes and earthy traces, relatively moderate acidity, which gains bite with air, crumbly tannin, dark berry notes, a hint of charcoal in the background, some warmth, then also salty tones, good to very good, still slightly drying finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
