2021 Domina trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat dried vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, mixed berries with a hint of cherries, delicate herbs and smoky traces. Clear, tart-juicy, slender, rather cool fruit, herbal and a little smoky notes, a certain acid bite, moderate tannin, quite good persistence, a hint of salt, delicate carbonic acid, nice to drink, good to very good finish.
