Translate to English Grün-pflanzlicher, an Paprika erinnernder, auch pfeffriger und fast ein wenig grasiger Apfel-Zitrusduft mit recht deutlicher Mineralik. Würzige, zurückhaltende Frucht im Mund, getrocknet-pflanzliche Noten, hefige Töne und erdige Mineralik, feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, Schmelz und gewisse Alkoholwärme, nicht allzu tief, aber gut gemacht, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
