Fairly cool, light citrus and stone fruit on the nose, vegetal notes. Clear, finely juicy, rather tart, bright fruit, nutty and hints of yeasty notes, very fine acidity, delicate grip, chalky, chalky and somewhat salty minerality, good persistence, a hint of smoke, candied citrus zest, also sweetish inlaid chilli peppers, restrained yellow spice, very good finish.
