Quite firm, yeasty and a hint of nutty fragrance with cool, light yellow fruity aromas, some yellow spice and verbena-like vegetal nuances. Ripe, bright, very slightly warm fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, vegetal, yeasty and yellow-spicy nuances on the palate, a hint of fennel, good substance and persistence, chalky-salty minerality, delicately creamy, very good finish with a hint of tobacco, lemon tea and nuts again.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
