2022 Saulheim Hölle Riesling Spätlese fruchtsüß, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and a hint of almondy pomaceous and stone fruit on the nose, delicate floral notes and a hint of lichen. Bright, sweet, almost candied citrus fruit with a noticeable acid bite, a hint of dark berries and mint, has some grip and a certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, light fermentation notes in the background, very good finish with grip.
