2021 Saulheim Schlossberg Riesling trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm and quite deep, cool, fine-vegetable and still a little yeasty fragrance with bright yellow-fruity aromas, floral traces, a little ethereal herbs and fresh cucumber. Firmly woven, tangy, bright fruit with nutty, delicately smoky and floral tones, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, chalk and salt in the background, very slight warmth, but also cooling, somewhat mentholated notes, very good finish with hints of dark, also slightly ethereal spice.
