Slightly nutty, somewhat vegetal to herbal and a hint of bacon pomaceous and stone fruit aroma with a hint of fennel. Bright, rather slender, sweet fruit with a noticeable acid bite, a hint of dark berries and citrus zest, delicate tannic grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish.
