Translate to English Deutlich vegetabiler, etwas an Stangensellerie erinnernde Nase mit eher kühlen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, angedeuteter gelber Würze, einem Hauch Tabak, hellem Holz und Mineralik. Fest gewirkte, herbe, helle Frucht, kreidig-salzige und wieder an frischen Stangensellerie erinnernde Aromen, feine Säure, pfeffrige Spuren, nachhaltig am Gaumen, leicht nussig im Hintergrund, sehr guter Abgang mit hellem Saft, Griff und mineralischen sowie etwas hefigen und wieder deutlich vegetabilen Tönen.
