Reminiscent of celery and nutty, also slightly herbal scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little courgette, pepper, floral traces and light mineral hints. Firmly woven, tart, bright fruit, yeasty, nutty and vegetal aromas, some celery and capers, fine acidity and plenty of grip from friable tannin, very firm, chalky mineral foundation, minty traces, hints of, light wood, lasting and substantial, good depth, hints of light tobacco, very good, firm, tart, pithy, distinctly light-mineral and herbal-spicy finish with nutty and delicately peppery tones.
