Translate to English Recht fester, leicht kräuteriger Zitrus-Kernobstduft mit Steinobstnoten sowie vegetabilen und erdigen Tönen, einer Spur getrockneter Pilze, Karamell und viel Mineralik. Völlig trocken im Mund, leicht gewürzig, kräuterig und noch ein wenig käsig, leichter Gerbstoff, feine, lebendige Säure, im Hintergrund etwas Salz und grüner Pfeffer, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, holzige und gemüsige Nuancen, ein wenig trocknend im guten bis sehr guten Abgang.
