The winery is located in the community of Rüdesheim in the German Rheingau
wine growing region. It is managed by Fred Strieth. Attached is the country inn "Germania". The vineyards cover 3.5 hectares of vineyards in the locations Frankenthal
, Hinterkirch and Höllenberg (Assmannshausen), as well as Berg Schlossberg
(Rüdesheim). They are planted with the varieties Riesling and Pinot Noir. Natural viticulture is practised with low pruning, thinning out
and green harvesting at the beginning of ripening. The white wines are fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks after gentle pressing of the whole grapes. The red wines are fermented on the mash in 900 litre containers. Afterwards they mature in classic wooden barrels or in barriques for 12 to 18 months, depending on quality.
