Fest und herb im Mund, zurückhaltende, reife, teils angetrocknet wirkende Frucht mit vegetabilen Aromen und erdiger Mineralik, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig, griffig am Gaumen, bei aller Kraft kühl, tabakige Aromen im Hintergrund, viel Salz, etwas Pfeffer und Speck, rauchige Töne, sehr guter, saftiger, sehr mineralischer und herb-würziger Abgang mit Kandisnoten und Karamell.
