Cool, very bright, still yeasty and very delicately smoky nose with pome fruit notes, fine tart spice and fresh vegetal hints. Slender, finely juicy, fresh and bright fruit, delicately yeasty and again planty notes, a hint of nuttiness on the palate, fine, quite lively acidity, a certain persistence, a little salt and citrus zest, good to very good finish with bite.
