Onion skin colour. Cool, nutty and delicately smoky citrus-pomaceous fruit nose with vegetal to light tobacco notes and a hint of root vegetables and red berry traces. Slender, polished, finely juicy, very dry fruit, nutty, smoky and again a little tobacco flavours, also a hint of tobacco ash, fine, lively acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, yeasty traces, salt in the background, elegant and cool style, finely juicy finish with fresh juice, fine spice and animating bite.
