Cool, bright, somewhat smoky, nutty and vegetal to herbaceous nose with notes of pomaceous and stone fruit and quite clear mushrooms. Clear, juicy citrus fruit with a hint of redcurrants, lively, almost present acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, salty and chalky minerality, hints of wild mushrooms, then also lemony notes, good to very good finish with bite.
