Nutty and slightly planty pomaceous fruit aroma with red berry nuances and a hint of citrus fruit. Restrained melting, yet cool fruit with planty and nutty flavours, relatively lively acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, smoky traces, hints of mushrooms and butter, restrained salty notes, very good, finely juicy finish, again with red berry nuances.
