Quite cool and firm, somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of artichokes and butter as well as a hint of dark berries. Cool and taut in the mouth, with slightly nutty-woody aromas, butter again and, besides the predominantly very bright fruit, also a little dark berries, lively acidity, has some grip, good persistence, hints of fennel seeds and lemon verbena, salty minerality, very good finish with bite.
