Tart, reserved, fresh planty and nutty aroma with some root vegetables, mushrooms and light pome fruit notes as well as mineral and very delicate smoky hints. Clear, polished, tart, very bright fruit, clearly nutty aromas and somewhat celery-accentuated rooty tones, very fine acidity and some grip, clear minerality on the palate, tones reminiscent of crab meat, hints of iodine, lasting, a touch floral, very good, firm, tart, very mineral finish.
