Clear, quite noble, fine-vegetable pome fruit nose with floral aromas, a touch of caraway, nutty traces and hints of herbs. Fine, somewhat melting fruit, nutty and delicately floral aromas, again also caraway, very fine acidity, good persistence, salty minerality, delicately phenolic grip, light, nutty wood notes, medium power, some depth, capers in the background, very good finish with ripe juice, some melting, fine spice and bite. Very carefully made and despite its youth already a pleasure to drink.
