Tart, very slightly muted, somewhat nutty and vegetal aroma with restrained yellow fruity notes and a hint of avocado. Relatively tightly knit, undeveloped, slightly smoky fruit, nutty and vegetal aromas, a little herbal, peppery notes, avocado again, quite fine acidity, some grip, certain alcohol warmth, a hint of woodruff in the background, bacony and mushroomy nuances, very good finish with mineral tones. Still needs to mature.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
