Slightly developed, clearly yeasty, somewhat bready citrus nose with notes of pomaceous fruit, pine nuts, pome oil, hint of smoke and herbaceous-vegetable notes. Ripe fruit with clearly yeasty and nutty spice, quite fine, slightly creamy mousseux, buttery hints on the palate, moderate, sweetish melting, certain persistence, smoky notes, a little tobacco ash, a little chalk and salt, not eternally deep, but well made, very good finish with grip, and light candy tones.
