2016 Brut Pinot Rosé (Deg.: 04/2023), Baden, Germany

Firm, yeasty, somewhat tobacco, nutty and smoky aroma of red berries and pome fruits with mushroom tones. firmly woven, ripe, juicy fruit, nutty, smoky and tobacco aromas, some herbs, a hint of mushrooms, buttery hints in the background, quite fine, rather moderate perlage and some grip, lasting, some depth, some salt and chalky nuances in the background, a hint of pepper, quite complex, very good, firm, juicy, spicy and grippy finish. Very convincing.
