Clear, youthful, a hint of nutty, pomaceous fruit and citrus aroma with yeasty, slightly nutty and vegetal notes. Finely juicy, not quite dry fruit with yeasty, nutty and again slightly nutmeg spice, very fine acidity, animating, delicate grip, certain persistence, very drinkable style, good finish.
