2020 Bürgstadt trocken Blanc de Noir, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly reductive, somewhat nutty and vegetal to herbal scent of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of aubergine and pumpkin. Straightforward fruit with delicately sweet melting, lively acidity, light tannic grip, quite good persistence, hints of cashew nuts, salty and earthy notes, good to very good, only a little muted finish.
