2019 Bürgstadt Berg Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nutty and a little dried-vegetable to tobacco aroma with pome fruit aromas, a little herbal-vegetable tones, citrus traces and hints of smoke. Ripe, warm, melting fruit, smoky nutty and a little tobacco wood spice, very fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, powerful and persistent on the palate, good substance, toasty hints in the background, peppery and salty tones, hints of brown butter, very good, firm, warm finish with melting and spice.
