Cool, polished nose of black and red berries with some tobacco wood notes, a hint of pepper and dried herbal nuances. Polished, tangy, cool fruit, very fine acidity and youthful, yet crumbly tannin, slightly smoky, nutty and tobacco on the palate, peppery nuances, chanterelles in the background, a hint of bacon, very good, firm, tangy, again slightly smoky finish with salt.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
