Polished cool nose, delicate floral and vegetal notes, ripe red berries and some blackberries, tarry traces, hint of licorice, mineral notes, green beans and peppery notes. Clear, firm, cool elegant juicy fruit on the palate, hint of melon and pomegranate, very fine youthful tannins, polished acidity, nutty and spicy traces, delicate hint of tobacco and some cocoa, persistent, mineral noites in the background, fairly prominent cardamom and long pepper, some salty notes, touch of smoked bacon, red lentils, very complex, clear contours, very good juicy, spicy finish.
