2015 Klingenberg trocken Alte Reben, R, VDP.Ortswein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, deep, polished nose, delicate floral traces, red berries, very elegant herbaceous, delicate nutty and mineral notes. Delicately tart, cool, polished red fruit on the palate, light-bodied and almost filigree, but also quite concentrated, salty mineral notes, hint of tobacco, smoky traces, hint of dark berries, some almonds, very fine, taut tannins, noticeable acid bite, hint of soy sauce and juniper in the background, very elegant style, clear contours, very good cool, elegant, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
